Repeat Prescriptions

For your regular prescribed drugs please post, fax or drop in your computerised request slip in the box provided at reception.

You can also order repeat prescriptions on line through our website. Please ask us for access.

Other items may not appear on your regular list because they need to be reviewed by a Doctor or Nurse before further issues. These are requests and you may be asked to speak to a doctor or make an appointment. We will also often asked you to have a urine or blood test as required for essential monitoring.

All warfarin prescriptions require sight of the latest INR result please.

Please allow 48 hours before you collect your prescription from the practice or the medication from your pharmacy if you are signed up to Electronic Prescription Service.

If you would like us to post your prescription to you, please provide a stamped addressed envelope. If you wish for any of the local chemist to pick up your prescriptions, please speak to our Administration team.

Please note we can send your prescription electronically to your regular pharmaciist. This is called EPS (Electronic Prescription Service). Ask reception for details.

Requests for prescriptions are not taken over the telephone.

You may fax your prescription requests to: 020 8206 0602
